We all need some variety in our lives, the same is true when it comes to appetizers, and this recipe will give you just that. It’s time to switch it up with some mango jalapeño wings! The sweet tropical taste of mango goes oh so well with the slight heat of jalapeño peppers.

- 2 pounds (about 9 pieces) chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mango spread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425° F.
- Place wings on a non-stick baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Bake the wings at 425° F for 20 minutes.
- While the wings are in the oven, prepare the mango sauce. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together mango spread, lime juice, olive oil, and jalapeño. Add salt to taste.
- Using tongs, flip all of the wings over and cook for an additional 25 minutes. The wings are done when they have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
- Remove the wings from the oven and place them into the medium-sized mixing bowl with the mango sauce and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy those flavors!
