- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1 can (16oz) peaches, chopped
- 6 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine milk and protein powder. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved.
- Add oats and peaches, and stir well to combine.
- Put about 1 tablespoon of honey at the bottom of each container.
- Evenly distribute the oat mixture amongst your containers.
- Top each container with cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Stir well and enjoy your flavorful creation!
