Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oats
2 1/2 cups milk*
1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder*
1 cup blueberries*
1 tablespoon granola*, per serving
1 tablespoon honey*, per serving
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine milk and protein powder. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved.
- Add oats and chocolate chips, and stir well to combine.
- Put about 1 tablespoon of honey at the bottom of each container.
- Evenly distribute the oat mixture amongst your containers.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of granola on top of the oat mixture in each container.
- Top each container with blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Stir well and enjoy your flavorful creation!
