Ingredient Notes

  • Any type of potatoes may be used for this recipe however, I recommend using petite or fingerling potatoes for visual appeal. If you are using a larger potato, you will need to cut it into approximately 1 1/2″ to 2″ pieces. Ensure all pieces are approximately the same size for even cooking.

How to Make Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  1. Prepare oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Prepare potatoes: If you’re using petite potatoes, cut them in half and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl. If you are using any other type of potato, chop them into 1 1/2″ – 2″ sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl. Be sure the pieces are approximately the same size to ensure even cooking. 
  3. Season potatoes: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and add the remaining ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together to combine. 
  4. Roast the potatoes: Transfer the potatoes to a nonstick baking pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked all the way through and tender on the inside.
  5. Enjoy those flavors!

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
