- Prepare oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare potatoes: If you’re using petite potatoes, cut them in half and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl. If you are using any other type of potato, chop them into 1 1/2″ – 2″ sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl. Be sure the pieces are approximately the same size to ensure even cooking.
- Season potatoes: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and add the remaining ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together to combine.
- Roast the potatoes: Transfer the potatoes to a nonstick baking pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked all the way through and tender on the inside.
