Description

These rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes pair well with almost any entree. They’re so delicious, you won’t believe how easy they are to make, and with only 5 staple ingredients, they’re budget-friendly as well.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 pounds petite potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare potatoes: If you’re using petite potatoes, cut them in half and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl. If you are using any other type of potato, chop them into 1 1/2″ – 2″ sized pieces and add to the mixing bowl. Be sure the pieces are approximately the same size to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season potatoes: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and add the remaining ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together to combine.
  4. Roast the potatoes: Transfer the potatoes to a nonstick baking pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked all the way through and tender on the inside.
  5. Enjoy those flavors!
